Bookings / Reservations

We accept online bookings for the next day or later and reservations are always processed during office hours (Qld time). For last minute transfer booking requests please contact us by calling 130076 1234 or 0459345593. If you email within a short period of the required pick up time we cannot guarantee your request will be fulfilled.If your booking for your transfer is made by telephone, your reservation is also subject to, acceptance of the terms and conditions described and outlined on this page.

If your Express Airport transfer includes two or more passengers, the person making the booking request / reservation shall be deemed to do so on the basis that he / she acts as an agent for both or all members of the party and accepts the service conditions on behalf of each member of the party.

Payments

Payments must always be settled prior to the vehicle’s departure. You can pay directly to the driver on the transport day or you can pre-pay online using our secure online payment system. Payments to the driver must be in cash or credit card, we do not have an eftpos facility available on board the vehicle

Our online payments system is provided by the secure Eway payment gateway. Eway is a trusted facility which links our website with our bank. Your transfer receipt will be emailed to your email address supplied at the time of placing the booking. Bookings made with immediate payment via the secure payment gateway are subject to availability. Full immediate payment is not deemed to be a confirmation of the transfer. A full refund will be immediately made if we are unavailable when your transfer booking is required.

Online payments refund policy: if you cancel your Express Transfer booking you will be refunded within a week for the total amount paid. All cancellations must be made by email and acknowledged by us by return email.

Booking Amendments and Cancellations

Failure to meet a transfer without an emailed cancellation notice and receipt of same from us will result in a “no show” forfeiture. To cancel a transfer on the service day we would appreciate you notify us by direct email or phone call. Please advise us via email of your intentions and we will do our best to make the required refunds if required. Any request for cancellation will have to be addressed by e-mail via our website, specifying your booking reference and using the same e-mail address than for the reservation.
This request for cancellation will be validated when you will receive a confirmation of cancellation from us within 48 hours. If no confirmation of cancellation has been addressed to you within 48 hours, we invite you to renew your request for cancellation.
Any request for cancellation, will be free of charge when addressed 48 hours before the arrival date.
Booking modification:
At any time, it is possible for you to modify your reservation, by contacting us via e-mail exclusively specifying your booking reference and using the same e-mail address than for the reservation. The request for confirmation will be validated when you will receive a confirmation for modification from us within 48 hours. If no confirmation for modification has been addressed to you within 48 hours, we invite you to re-sumit your request for modification.

Insurance and Guarantees

We are a fully licensed transfers business. Accredited with the, Transport and Main Roads Department - Qld.  Operator accreditation # Q900457577. Our company is fully insured, having commercial comprehensive car insurance and public liability. If for any reason within our control we fail to deliver the passengers to their confirmed destination, we will provide a suitable replacement transportation, such as a car or a taxi.

Any reimbursement for the costs of an alternative transportation to get to the required destination shall be no more than the cost of getting to that destination by normal public taxi. We are not responsible for delays before or during the an Airport transfer caused by external reasons such abnormal weather or traffic conditions.

Passenger Transportation.

We reserve ourselves the right to refuse to carry any person who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and / or whose behavior is considered inappropriate by the driver. Smoking and alcoholic drinks are not permitted in our vehicles.

Luggage

Unless told otherwise each passenger is expected to carry no more than two luggage items, one standard size suitcase and one carry-on bag. Any extra or extraordinary luggage such as snow skis or water skis, must be declared at the time of booking in the "Additional information” field. We will not charge any extra for special luggage but do not guarantee its transport unless you previously advised us of such items.
